Customers are advised to carefully work out their requirements before placing orders on the website.
However, if the customer is forced to cancel a confirmed order due to circumstances beyond their control, the order shall be cancelled if it has not been dispatched.
This will need to be conveyed to Penkraft® on mail. The amount paid by the customer towards such cancelled orders shall be held by Penkraft® in credit against the customer's account and this can be availed by the customer during subsequent orders.
